Dato Dr David Koh / Executive Chairman
Dato Dr David Koh graduated from the University of New South Wales, Australia with a Bachelor of Science. He was a lecturer at Taylor’s College before moving into property development and since 1979, he has been the Managing Director of KLS Properties Sdn Bhd, a developer of townships, residential houses, condominiums, shop offices and industrial factories. He was conferred Datoship in 1990 by HM Sultan of Selangor. For his contribution to the University of New South Wales Alumni Chapter as President (1999-2007), he was honored with a Doctor of Science Honoris Causa in 2004 by the University.
Dato Dr David Koh is also the Chairman of the Distinctive Group who has won the Property Insight Prestigious Developer Awards 2018 for Outstanding Developer – Southern. He has recently added 1 Tebrau @ Johor Bahru and Iskandar Residences to his long list of accomplishments.
